Watership Down the movie was produced in 1978 & directed by Martin Rosen & originally based off the novel (Watership Down) by, Richard Adams. It is a story about a group of rabbits, who leave their warren after a small timid rabbit named Fiver, has a horrible & dark vision, of how they would all perish if they were to stay.
His brother Hazel, a friend Bigwig, & many other rabbits decide to go with him. Sadly, many were found & forced back to their doom.
The others proceed, not knowing whats in store for them. They experience tragedy, fighting, hate, war, & fear through their journey. The curse of El-ahrairah in every turn.
All the world will be your enemy, Prince of a Thousand enemies. And when they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you; digger, listener, runner, Prince with the swift warning. Be cunning, and full of tricks, and your people will never be destroyed.

Taking animation to a whole new level through the brilliant mind of the author, Richard Adams.1972.
(Richard Served in the British Army during World War II.)
It all started as a story he would tell his daughters, they urged him to write it all down, and one day he did just that.Watership Down was actually turned down many times over by publishers. Until he met Rex Collings. Rex agreed to publish the work. The book gained international acclaim almost immediately. Over the next few years #Watership Down sold over a million copies worldwide and became a modern classic.
I highly recommend watching this tale, that will change how you think of precious bunnies forever.
There are 13 of the Royal Orleans Watership Down figurines. I have Bigwig, Dandelion, Hyzanthlay, Captain Campion, Pipkin, & Holly.
How much did I pay for the rabbits? $1.00 each! That's $6.00 of complete happiness...
